If you receive work from an artist and it is damaged, you feel it is not as stated by the seller, or you are not fully satisfied, you have seven (7) days from receipt of product to contact us at with the below requirements, and three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork through a traceable method and provide us with the shipment tracking number. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.) To process a return please do the following:

  1. Photograph the package and item as it arrived from more than one angle.
  2. Save the original packaging.
  3. Send photographs, within seven (7) days of receipt of item, along with the reason for your return, to 4. Within three (3) days of contacting us, repackage the artwork in the original packaging used by the artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist. Please refer to our packaging guidelines for instructions on how to safely package artwork for shipment. If you feel you are unable to ship the work due to damage please call us at 215-515-3919 during business hours.
  4. Arrange to send the packaged artwork directly back to the artist using a traceable shipping method. Be certain to select "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) when creating your shipping label. You are required to pay all fees including custom costs when returning artwork back to the artist. If DDP is not selected, the amount owed will be taken from your returned funds. You must send this item via a trackable system, and send us the tracking number. Photograph the wrapped and labeled package.
  5. Email shipping details, photograph of labeled package, and tracking number to within 24 hours of shipping.
  6. Once has confirmation that the piece safely reaches the artist, will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping or processing costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of processing your merchandise return. is not responsible for undelivered returns.
