    Hello and thank you for your interest in a commission portrait of your own. Below are all the portrait details. PORTRAIT DETAILS- Each commission is a one-of-a-kind personalized creation requiring a different amount of time to complete. Please contact Nicole to discuss what you have in mind for your painting or drawing. She will figure out the best way to provide you with a portrait you will love. Nicole will give you a quote based on your particular desires, your reference photos, and the complexity of your project. She wants you to have a portrait that you and your family will treasure for generations to come. DRAWING COMMISSIONS may be in black & white or color, and include a portrait printed on fine art bristol paper of any size desired up to 30x40 inches. PAINTING COMMISSIONS include a portrait printed on fine art paper or canvas of any size desired up to 30x40 inches. Paintings on canvas up to 40x60 inches are available for an additional charge. -portraits are close-up (typically shoulders up) commissioned portraits of individual persons, on fine art bristol paper. The paintings and drawings are matted and arrive in 14x18, 16x20, 18x24, or 20x24, ready for you to enjoy. EMAILING/MAILING OR UPLOADING PHOTOS TO NICOLE is the easiest. Visa, MasterCard and AmEx and PayPal are accepted. Upon acceptance of your quote, a deposit of 50% is required to be placed on the schedule, with 50% due upon completion. SURPRISE GIFT? If your portrait is a surprise that you plan to present at a special occasion, please contact Nicole to make special scheduling arrangements. Nicole loves surprises! Payment Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start a commission. I accept payment by check, credit card, money order or PayPal. Please do not attempt to send payment until you are instructed to do so. Commission work is done on a first come first served basis. If there are clients ahead of you awaiting the completion of their work, these must be finished before any new commissions will be started. Final Payment: Final payment is due upon completion of your custom portrait. You will be emailed a picture of the finished work for your approval. If you do not approve of the finished work, you do not pay the remaining balance and will not receive the custom portrait. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Progression photos of the work can be provided at the client's request. If at anytime you are unhappy with the direction the work is going, it is imperative you speak up.
